Want to make a booking? All clients are required to fill out the online consultation form, and to upload a picture of the area they wish to treat prior to booking. Once we assess your suitability we will call you to schedule an appointment followed by an email outlining any important information specific to your skin type, medications and desired outcome.

Due to the nature of the service, and seating availability we are unable to accommodate friends and children in the salon. As a courtesy to our clients & to provide the most relaxing environment we are unable to accommodate children for any period of time and ask that if you are unable to get childcare that you reschedule to a later date. All bookings made are subject to a strict 72 hour cancellation policy and require a deposit to secure. All deposits are refundable minus a $5-10 merchant & handling fee depending on the size of the deposit. Prior to your appointment you will receive a detailed pre treatment information pack, we request that you read this in its entirety to avoid any possibility of being turned away on the day of your booking. We reserve the right in any instance to refuse treatment if we believe a client to be under the influence of drugs and or alcohol, unsuitable for the treatment, or believe a client to not be able to achieve the desired look or the look advertised on our social media and website.
